• Calls may be ended if either participant violates platform policies.

5. Professional Advice Disclaimer

Some users may offer coaching, consulting, education, mentoring, or professional services.

Unless expressly verified by Letz Talksy:

• We do not verify professional credentials.

• Information shared should not replace legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.

• Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on information received during conversations.

6. Payments & Payouts

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Letz Talksy may:

• Delay or withhold payouts during fraud investigations.

• Reverse fraudulent transactions where permitted.

• Suspend accounts involved in payment abuse or chargebacks.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered for:

• Technical failures preventing completion of a call.

• Duplicate charges.

• Unauthorized transactions.

• Billing errors.

Refunds generally will not be issued because:

• A conversation did not meet expectations.

• A user voluntarily ended the call.

• Personal disagreements occurred.

• A creator's opinions differed from the user's expectations.

Refund determinations are made by Letz Talksy based on the circumstances.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.

We are committed to collecting only the minimum information reasonably necessary to operate the platform.

• We do not sell your personal information.

• We do not rent, trade, or commercially share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

• We do not use your private conversations for advertising or marketing purposes.

• We collect only the information reasonably necessary to create your account, process payments, provide customer support, maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

• Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. Letz Talksy does not store your complete payment card information.

Private Conversations

Your conversations belong to you.

Unless you explicitly consent or disclosure is required by law:

• Letz Talksy does not record or monitor private audio or video conversations as part of normal platform operations.

• Letz Talksy does not sell, license, or distribute the contents of your private conversations.

Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for:

• Abuse

• Harassment

• Illegal activity

• Chargeback abuse

• Fake identities

• Repeated policy violations

• Attempts to circumvent platform security

All enforcement decisions are made at Letz Talksy's discretion.
